Proposed Organization
  • Real Estate Practitioners should combine its
    resources to have an
  • integrated Marketing organization
  • Brokers Network
  • Every Broker is limited to 20 salesperson.
    Partnership/Alliance with 2 brokers or more will
    give an opportunity to have a 40 or more sales
    force. Brokers with more than 20 salesperson will
    not loose the excess headcount as the new brokers
    / freelance brokers can absorb the excess
    salesperson.
  • Freelance broker or New Brokers may represent the
    new company. No need to register its own business
    permits and receipt.
  • 2. Salesperson Training and Recruitment
  • Salesperson needs to be registered by PRC. It
    requires number of unit and training hours.
  • Salesperson needs also product knowledge in every
    project.
  • The Training Group of the organization will be
    the one responsible for all the training program,
    to schedule and track the progress of
    salesperson.

organization 3. Project Inventory and
Update Centralize project inventory and
update The organization will be the one
responsible to provide inventories and updates
available to salesperson. No need to contact the
marketing coordinator of each developer. 4.
Admin and Marketing Support The organization will
provide admin support and also Marketing support
like training on creating website, marketing
through internet, brochures availability and
schedules for open houses, mall /exhibit manning
and saturation activity.
