The total area of the apartment is 1749 sq.ft., carpet area 1454 sq.ft. The apartment comes with 2 covered and numbered car parks. The apartment is on the fourth floor (the building is ground level car park and 4 floors) with elevator facility. The entire building project is green certified. Water is recycled and reused. Government supply electricity is backed up with generated electricity. This includes all the internal electrical needs of the apartment including the private air conditioning in the apartments.

6 ARTEFACTS
The window/ door glasses in the living/lounge area are St. Gobain grey tinted glasses. All windows and french doors are by Fenesta and are gasket sealed. The walls are adorned with rare and original Tanjore and Mysore school paintings, some of them carrying antique certification. Some original Ravi Varma prints are also fixed on the walls. There is a large teak wood dining cum buffet table in this area. It can be used with 6 or 8 chairs for sit down dining, or can be used as a buffet table.
7 FURNITURE
The furniture (sofas, chairs, plant containers, standing light, tables, teapoys, etc.) have been made using new tyres of all sizes from jumbo earth movers to scooters. These specially designed and made tire furniture sets are owned only by 3 persons in India. They are made by an exclusive company that holds the world rights and patent for the special technique and designs.

30 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AC
Apartment has been specially wired so that there are no joints in the wiring. Every point is wired with single wires with no joints, thus preventing short circuits and burn outs. Also, the electrical switch boards everywhere in the apartment (except kitchen and toilets) have been located at two different places on opposite walls for each set of points, so that you can shift the position of beds or furniture any which way you want and yet there will be no need for any electrical alteration.
