A well-established fitness company, Gracor
Fitness was founded by Brett Chepenik who,
himself is a reputable fitness expert and has
conducted many personal training sessions. The
company had become a prominent name in the
fitness sector and offered efficient personal
training solutions to its clients. Brett Chepenik
made every effort to help his clients accomplish
their fitness goals, and

utilized fitness as a way of bringing about a
positive change in the lives of others, both
mentally and physically. During its years of
operation, the company delivered over 100,000
personal training sessions to clients, and was
known as the single largest personal training
firm in and around Jacksonville. The services
offered by the company were better than those by
existing training facilities, health clubs or
other fitness groups.

Gracor Fitness was known for utilizing an
efficient and unique approach to offer personal
training solutions to its clients. The company
made it obligatory for trainers to go through an
extensive employee training program, which
required them to spend at least hundred hours of
shadowing. Every trainer at Gracor Fitness was
assisted until he became certified by the
National Academy of Sports Medicine.

services, the firm was featured in Jacksonville
magazine. Moreover, it was also voted as the best
fitness training center across the region for
offering excellent services. Gracor Fitness also
organized a 2-hour workshop program to help its
clients learn some essential defensive techniques
and movement principles which are important for
self defense.

At this workshop, individual learned how to
prevent physical confrontation and survive
violent attacks. The training session also
covered other programs such as how you can
identify the precursors to attack, and how to act
in response to different attack scenarios.
Moreover, it also helped people to learn about
special drills that must be performed on regular
basis to be able to effectively deal with violent
confrontation or other stressful situations.
