Cycling

• Cycling became popular in 1885 when the bike was
  brought out. Victorians who could afford them
  would ride them into town.

Cricket

• In 1880 the first cricket test match was
  played.This is a picture of W.G. Grace.

Chess

• Chess was one of the many different games the
  Victorians enjoyed playing in their leisure time.

The Piano

• Victorian children learned to play the piano from
  a very young age.They were taught by adults that
  knew how to play it.

Marbles

• Victorian children loved to play marbles as it
  was one of the only games that poor people could
  afford.

Swimwear

• The Victorians also had swimwear. The top half
  was like a jacket and the bottom half were like
  trousers.

School

• The children usually went to school so they
  didnt get time for leisure because they were at
  school.
