Security and Safety Management Association
(SASMA) is an organization functioning globally,
copying with security and safety problems all
over the word, covering all security and safety
aspects of investments in high-risk countries.
SASMA mission is to organize protection to
support developing business and become a reliable
security partner for all who raise challenges all
over the world.

• SASMA is a one organization but because of
  different scopes of aims, fields of interest and
  taken actions we are divided into two independent
  organizations (SASMA EUROPE company SASMA
  AFRICA association).
• In a circle of our consideration we put both

  with our clients who would like to protect their
  business all over the world (SASMA EUROPE)
• helping African regions dealing with its economic

• Background
• All people have physical and economic access to
  get enough food and other goods for an active and
  healthily life what creating unusual opportunity
  for any non allowed manipulation or risk.
• The ways in which goods are produced and
  distributed must be respectful for many different
  factors.
• Both the consumption and production are governed
  by social values such as being equitable as well
  as moral and ethical.
• The ability to acquire good is ensured.

SOME FACTS In July 2003 several people were
victims of cyanide poisoning when they consumed
products from a supermarket chain in South
Africa. The aggressor laced various products,
including sardines and potato chips, with
cyanide. He then sent letters to the company
demanding 500,000. This case made media
headlines and the store was listed on the front
page of the newspapers. Many other extortion
cases such as this have occurred in countries
throughout the world.

SOME FACTS In March 2005 a woman claimed to have
a human finger in the chilli she was eating at a
popular fast food restaurant. The company
suffered from negative media attention, loss of
customers, and financial hardship. It was later
determinate this was an event of extortion. The
woman and her husband were convicted and
sentenced to several years in prison.

SOME FACTS There are few highly publicized cases
where the industry has been attacked by
protestors or Extremist Group. In 1984, at
least 751 people were affected by attacks in
Oregon. Members of the RAJNEESHEE RELIGOUS CULT
contaminated salad bars from several local
restaurants with Salmonella typhimurium. Their
goal was to cause an outbreak of illness on the
country election day in order to sway the
results.

SOME FACTS In 2003 an animal right group caused
extensive damage to 48 tracks owned by seafood
company in Illinois. They cut brake lines
destroyed refrigeration units, causing between
50,000 and 75,000 in damage. This case shows
how radical and irrational protest groups may
take action. A group representative said We done
it because this companies are responsible for the
deaths of more than 1 billion sea creatures over
last 25 years.

SOME FACTS In 2003, a baker entered his
competitors factory in Pennsylvania five times
in two days. He stole an employee uniform to gain
access to the facility. While inside, he stole
binders containing 66 of competitors recipes,
which were valued at over 30 million. In May
2003, a supermarket employee who was upset with a
supervisor intentionally poisoned 200 pounds of
ground beef with insecticide. 111 people
(included 40 children) became ill.

and differences between food safety and public
defence are very labile. Both programs presented
by SASMA SAFETY DEPARTMENT are designated to
