14Project Cooperation Agreement (PCA)
- Project is fully funded by U.S. Government
- USACE shall afford the Non-federal sponsor (DOTD/
SLFPAE) the opportunity to review and comment on
all aspects of the project - Non-federal sponsor responsibilities
- Provide all non-federal government lands
- Secure commandeering order(s) (if available) to
all private lands - Operate, maintain, repair, rehabilitate, replace
project - Hold and save the Government free from damages
