Project Cooperation Agreement (PCA)
  • Project is fully funded by U.S. Government
  • USACE shall afford the Non-federal sponsor (DOTD/
    SLFPAE) the opportunity to review and comment on
    all aspects of the project
  • Non-federal sponsor responsibilities
  • Provide all non-federal government lands
  • Secure commandeering order(s) (if available) to
    all private lands
  • Operate, maintain, repair, rehabilitate, replace
    project
  • Hold and save the Government free from damages
