Operations
With over 20 years of experience in the linen
laundry field . Ms. Cochran obtained her
bachelors degree from the University of North
Carolina UNC- Greensboro. She began her career by
accepting the Customer Services position with
Peninsula Hospital Services of Newport News Va.
She was soon promoted to Senior Customer Service
Manager where she honed her management skills in
the linen management field. Ms Cochran soon
accepted the Assistant General Manger position at
PHS and served in that capacity until
opportunity came knocking again. Ms. Cochran
established her own linen management company in
1996 and immediately secured contracting
opportunities with Hospital Services, Inc. and
other clients. She successfully grew her company
and negotiated a partnerships between the major
industrial laundry facilities and the hospital
cooperatives to assume full in-facility linen
management responsibilities. In 1999 Ms Cochran
successfully merged her company ( CTCA ) with
Powell Industries Inc. where she became
president of linen laundry operations.
