• Materials Management will assume responsibility
  of all Campus deliveries.
• This service will include
• UPS, DHL, FedEx Inbound and Outbound
  shipments.
• Bookstore freight Coke Deliveries.

Expanded Delivery Service

• Purpose
• Reduce the amount of delivery traffic minimize
  congestion in around the Hoag Student Center.
• Maintain a Safe environment for our students.
• Keep side walks free of vehicular traffic.

Expanded Deliver Service

• Service
• UPS will schedule an earlier delivery on campus
  to assist.
• Materials will deliver department parcel to the
  department. (Personnel will no longer need to
  carry them from the post office)
• Additional drop boxes for UPS, DHL, FedEx will
  be provided on campus.

• Services Continued
• Bookstore will have access to the warehouse for
  palletized freight for both inbound outbound
  shipments.
• One point of Contact for all deliveries.
• All packages tracked and secured.
• Post Office Library will receive priority in
  deliveries.
• Deliveries scheduled while students are in class.
