Our Goal

• Increased revenue with new and existing sponsors
• Create buzz within the community
• Throw the largest party, next to the
• CMA Awards Show

Concept and Execution

• We have secured three major sponsors including
• Gilleland Chevrolet, Bud Light Charter
  Communications.
• The tickets are free to Wild Country 99 listeners
  with the
• Wild Country 99 Gold Card.
• - The past three years have resulted in lines
  forming as early as 4am
• and more than 500 tickets gone in less than an
  hour!
• -The night of the event, there were 1500
  listeners and clients in attendance,
• with the Wild Country 99 air staff, along with
  promotions staff,
• hosting the evenings events in formal wear to
  make it feel elegant.
• We kicked off the party with a salute to our
  country and troops serving overseas as the Color
  Guard presented the National Anthem

• There was a catered dinner before and live music
  following the awards show.
• Attendants watched the CMA Awards on 8 20x20
  projection screens throughout the venue.
• During the commercial breaks, the Wild Country 99
  Staff gave away prizes, including trips to Las
  Vegas, Concert Tickets , an ATV and plenty of
  Cash!
• Following the awards, we gave away a new car!
• Prizes for the evening totaled more than 50,000!
  
• This years celebration included 4 new sponsors
  and in past years have included the
• CMT Cross Country Truck and Dale Earnhardt
  Juniors Race Car.
• The staff of WE-FEST joined our celebration and
  declared the Wild Country 99 CMA Party
• to be the official WE-FEST Line-up Announcement
  Event,
• and then we gave away the first tickets of the
  season!

The Benefits

• At the end of the night, we had gained the
  attention of the local newspaper, served more
  than 1500 people a fantastic dinner and sent many
  of them away with fun memories, and their share
  of 50,000 in prizes!
• This year we gained 5 new clients which meant an
  additional 50,000 in annuals.
• Opies Heating, Schultz Soft Water, El Jay
  Plumbing,
• The Boot Shack, Preferred Concrete
• We have also seen the benefits of the event
  through the results of our sister stations
  recent perceptual study, where the Wild Country
  99 CMA Party scored well with
• Top of Mind Awareness.
• We have continued to climb in our ratings, cume
  and sales.
