    coverage in each category was similar for most
    categories. There were slight differences in the
    following categories

Round 1-4, Changes in Coverage
  • Among those CHAT participants who changed
    coverage choices between Round 1 and Round 4,
    most made changes to match their groups Round 3
    coverage selection. For example, 80 of the
    changes participants made in Round 4 in
    Prevention were to match the Round 3.
  • Most participants selected the same coverage in
    Round 4 as their group did in Round 3, indicating
    satisfaction with the groups choices.

    to everyone, but those who can pay for more may
    do so

    same level of protection regardless of job or
    income
  • 16 said housing everyone has the responsibility
    to meet his or her own needs

  • Noteworthy subgroup responses
  • Fire department African American, education
    level 8th grade or less, some high school, and
    income of less than 20,000, Hispanics, ages
    18-29, and non-insured were more likely to say
    fire department
  • Education ages 60-64, four-year college degree,
    post-graduate degree, and income 90,000 or more
    were more likely to say education
