1Wine and Champagne Drinks
The following recipes are wine and champagne
drinks that are relatively easy to make. Each of
the following drinks will have its own procedure
for mixing. Many wine drinks require the use of
a larger glass instead of a small wine glass.
The reason for this is that a 4 oz. wine glass is
too small for these recipes, which call for ice
and/or a mixture of ingredients. In these
instances, use of a larger class enables the
bartender to mix the drink properly.
