• Mail-out Briefing for Off-site employees
• Developed a unique briefing for KM
• KM are those people designated by the company who
  are President, CEO, etc. That are required by
  DOE Order to have a clearance to the highest
  level of the scope of work (L,Q) for that contract

Contract Expiration

• When contract has expired, the contracting office
  is responsible for termination of clearance

Facility Code

• Facility code is terminated in SSIMS which feeds
  to DISS
• If a Facility Code is expired or invalid,
  clearance actions are prohibited
