- Techniques for raising money or requesting
assistance must pass the CARE test - Comfort for the donor in the cause, the
solicitation method used, and how the approach is

the money will be well used for charitable

oral health through its Samuel Harris Fund for
Children's Dental Health. - Established by the ADA Foundation to prevent
childhood tooth decay, the Harris Fund annually
provides grants of up to 5,000 to educational

children's dental health. In 2007, the program
will award up to 300,000 in grants.
