1Happy Birthday 2my country Shish Kebabs with
established cold-warm salad and non stop
oriental hummus. Serves for 6 Preparation time
15 min. Cooking time 20 min.
2Ingredients 1 Kg. (2 pounds-35 oz) mincemeat
Veal, from the back ribs side. (couvert d'epaule)
3 cloves 8 tomatoes. 1 egg. Parcel of
coriander. Lemon peal 1 onion. 1 leaf of puff
pastry. Or MALAWACH. 4-5 metal skewer. Salt and
