8The more the applicant selects in the various
fields, the less job postings will display.
9As soon as the Search button (on the previous
screen) is clicked, a list similar to the
following will display. To view the entire job
posting, click on the blue hypertexted Job Title.

10Clicking Hide Descriptions will either turn the
view back to just the Job Title, or the Job Title
and a short description of each of the jobs.
11Note The ONLY way to see additional pages is to
scroll back UP to the top of the screen

13Applicants MUST apply by the CLOSING date - - NO
EXCEPTIONS
14The more keywords in an applicants resume, the
better their chances are of getting an
interview. If a certain degree is required or
preferred the applicant need to make sure they
state their degree on their resume (if they have
one). Whatever applicants do do NOT stretch
the truth as to where they have worked, and/or
for how long. All information will be
researched, and can mean the difference of being
cleared for hire or receiving an 18 month ban
on being able to apply for any other jobs.
15IF the applicant has already created a profile
AND is already logged in, this button will say,
Apply to Job.

16IF the applicant has NOT created a profile, or
has not logged in yet, this screen will display.
To CREATE a profile
Once the profile is created, the applicant will
just need to log-on
CAUTION Multiple profiles can do the applicant
more harm than good, so DONT DO IT! (E.g., If a
Staffing Specialist sees a J. Jones and a
J.L. Jones, and a John Jones, and a John L.
Jones have applied to the same position, ALL the
resumes will be dispositioned OUT, therefore
there is no way they will get the job.)
