• It is important to have both spiritual highs
  and spiritual lows in our walk. The highs
  expand our vision to new possibilities. The lows
  cause us to go deeper.

  portions of the Bible are Gods journal. (ex.
  History and Prophets)
• Other parts of the Bible are peoples journal to
  God (ex. Psalms)

• In Prayer Journaling you read Gods Word and then
  write out a response to God. It is a record of
  what God has been speaking to you.

• Subscribe to a daily verse from God by email.
  (ex. http//www.ibs.org/dm/ )
• Every day, simply reply back to God by sending
  Him an email.
• Stick the email in a folder called Prayer
  Journal.
