Connecting to PHS_SERVER

• Log onto the network from school.
• Choose My Computer ? Teachers on PHS_Server
  (H).
• Find and open the folder called ANNOUNCEMENTS.
• Open the file that is marked with the date for
  your announcement.
• Create space between the last announcement and
  your announcement.
• Add your information according to the following
  format
• Title of Activity / Club / Subject ltltENTERgtgt
• Message text (keep it brief) ltltENTERgtgt
• Contact Name for announcement ltltENTERgtgt
• Save the file and exit the program.
• If you plan to run the announcement for more
  than one day, copy the text before closing the
  file. Then you can paste it to the other days
  announcements page.

On A Completely Different Topic

• Pictures for the NEASC visiting committee need to
  be taken soon.
• If we are unable to use your Lifetouch photo,
  Info_Sys students will be around with a camera to
  snap your picture. We will try to take all
  pictures during Resource Center Time.
• Please be kind to them and the camera.
