Kohlers disease

• Kohlers disease of the navicular bone is seen as
  increased sclerosis, flattening and fragmentation
  of the tarsal navicular (arrows) usually between
  the ages of 3 and 7 years of age
• The etiology of Kohlers disease is unknown, but
  it may be on a mechanical or traumatic basis
• It is usually a self-limited process
