Smoking from Head to Toe

• Smoking affects every part of your body from your
  head to your toes.

Your hair

• When you smoke your hair will become stained and
  smell horrible.

Your Brain

• If you smoke your risk for a stroke is much
  higher and it alters your Brain chemistry causing
  many mental and emotional problems.

Your Eyes

• When you smoke your eyes can form cataracts, lose
  water (makes them itchy) and can cause blindness.

Your Mouth and Throat

• Smoking causes cancers in the lips, mouth and
  throat. You also lose your sense of taste.

Your Heart

• Smoking causes your arteries to weaken and blocks
  them, and causes heart attacks.

Your Lungs

• Smoking Causes 30 of all cases of Lung Cancer.
  It also gives you shortness of breath, coughs,
  colds and flu and asthma.

• Smoking Causes stomach ulcers and cancer of the
  stomach, pancreas and colon.

Your legs and Feet

• Smoking causes increased leg pains (peripheral)
  and causes Burgers' disease.
