  • Classroom Procedures
  • Please take care of all outside of the classroom
matters (restroom, water, locker) BEFORE you come
in the class. Sharpen all pencils before you sit
    down.
  • Bring your notebook with past notes, paper, and
    pencil to every class.
  • You have an assigned seat. Please sit in it and
it only. This is how I check roll.
  • Please do not disrespect anyone in our class.
  • Please be respectful of my area of the room.
  • If you need to leave the room for any reason you
will need to have a hall pass. If you need to go
see another teacher or to the office you will
need a note from me and have them sign it before
    you come back.

ProceduresFor the Gym
  • Go directly to the locker room, change clothes,
and come immediately out. Do not waste time, or
hang out in the locker rooms. Only basketball
players should go into basketball locker rooms.
  • Check the Fitness board for your early work and
    follow the directions.
  • Go to your spot on the floor and wait for further
    instructions for our daily activity.
  • Please do not leave the gym without asking
    permission.
  • Any equipment that is out is to be left untouched
    until time for that activity.
  • Please wait for the teachers to explain what
activity we will be doing that day so we do not
have to explain it several times to different
    students.

Everyone that dresses out and participates will
receive a 100 for the day. If the student does

What will we do in P.E.?
  • Activities will vary from day to day and week to

  • We will use at least one day a week as a cardio
day in which we will run at least a mile and you
will be graded upon your time.

Doctors notes
  • YOU MUST HAVE A NOTE FROM THE DOCTOR TO BE
    EXCUSED FROM PHYSICAL EDUCATION!!!!
  • A parents note does not excuse you from
participation. If you have a condition that might
keep you from participating (asthma) it must
documented in the office and proper medical
supplies (inhaler) should be with the nurse.
  • If you are too sick to participate then you are

  • You will have tests and quizzes over the material
that is covered each day. Everything that we take
notes on will be tested on and graded. We will
have some homework that will be used as a review
for the test and it will be graded also.
