About Ginger Conlon, Editor-in-Chief
Ginger Conlon is responsible for the direction
and day-to-day operations of CRM magazine, its
Web site, and its weekly e-newsletter.
Additionally, she serves as vice president of
analyst relations for the CRM Association and as
a board member of the American Society of
Business Publication Editors (ASBPE).
Since the mid-1980s, Conlon has covered such bus
iness issues as improving customer service,
creating marketing strategies, boosting sales,
and using technology to increase revenues,
streamline processes, and reduce costs. Prior to
CRM, Conlon served as the managing editor,
technology editor, and Web supervisor for the
award-winning business publication, Sales
Marketing Management. In addition, she has wor
ked as a business book editor for such authors as
Jay Conrad Levinson and George Colombo. Conlon
began her editorial career covering the business
side of the photo industry for such market
leading publications as Photo District News and
Photo/Design. She is a graduate of Penn State
University, the Stanford Professional Publishing
Course, and the American Business
Press/Northwestern University Publishing
Management Institute.
