WKCE Proficiency Scores
  • Your science proficiency score is determined by
    the degree to which you
    understand
  • scientific knowledge and skills.
  • the interrelationship of
  • living systems,
  • Earth and space systems, and
  • physical systems.
  • the use of logic and scientific vocabulary.
  • the application of science to new and real world
    situations.

Test Taking Skills
19
WKCE Science Type Of Questions
  • Multiple choice questions on the WKCE require you
to select the BEST answer from
    the choices.

Because there is no penalty for wrong answers on
the WKCE, answer every question.
20
Test Taking Skills
  • On the WKCE, you mark your answers

    but can not help you
with any of the test questions.

21
Test Taking Skills
  • Mark only the circle that goes with the answer
    you choose.
  • If you want to change an answer, completely
erase the first mark you made before making a new
    mark.

  • The WKCE multiple choice questions are scored by
    a machine.
  • Be precise in marking your answers.
  • Dont make any stray marks.

23
