There has been a brutal civil war going on
in
northern Uganda for more than 20 years
between the Ugandan
government and a group called
the Lords Resistance Army (LRA). The LRA have
abducted an estimated 20,000
children forcing them to become child soldiers.
As result of the fighting 2 million people have
fled their villages in northern Uganda and are
now living in refugee camps.
