PROOFS

Digital materials must be accompanied by a
small size hard copy colour proof. Beyond Sindh
will not be responsible for the colour or
accurate of digital adverts without a colour
proof. NOTE

Digital files that do not conform to Beyond
Sindh specifications (incorrect size, missing
fonts or graphics, colours not specified as CMYK)
will incur file fix charges at the current
production rates. FILM

Negative right reading emulsion down
(NNRED), 133- line screen. Maximum combined
density should not exceed 300. 4C film must be
in composite form, with accurate registration
marks, crop marks and process colours clearly
indicated as C, M, Y, or K on each layer of film.
Submissions must include a proof pulled directly
from your film separations please supply an
exact match print on publisher grade paper. This
proof is the only reference the press can use
from making colour matches and adjustments. If
you make changes to your film, please submit the
new film with a match print pulled from the new
film. Beyond Sindh does not accept Pantone
colours. For B/W ads please include a laser print

Material Specifications
GENERAL
Digital files are
preferred. All ads received on film will be
converted to digital format and will incur
changes at current production rates DIGITAL

File Formats PDF
Files. Photoshop (.jpeg) or Illustrator (.ai) are
preferred. The digital file must be 100 of one
of the Beyond Sindh advertising file sizes, as
mentioned in the Rate Card. COLOURS

All images and colours
must be specified in CMYK process colours, grey
scale or bitmap. Please do not specify Pantone of
custom links or leave graphics in RGB colour
space. GRAPHICS All linked graphics must
be included with the digital file. Please scale
the original graphics so that they are sized at
100 in the digital layout. Resolution must be at
300dpi for CMYK and gray scale must be at 1200dpi
for line art. FONTS

All fonts (printer and screen
fonts) must be included with the digital file.
For bold face, italic and other styles, always
use real stylized fonts from the font menu. For
example If you want Times New Roman, choose that
font from the font menu. DISKS

  • 8. The publisher is not liable for delays in
    the delivering and/or non-delivery in the even of
    an act of God, natural disaster, action by any
    government or quasi-government entity, fire,
    flood, insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo,
    strikes (legal or illegal), labor or materials
    shortage, transportation interruption of any
    kind, work slow down or any condition beyond the
    control of the publisher affection the production
    of delivery in any manner.
  • Publisher shall have the right to hold advertiser
    and/or advertising agency jointly and severally
    liable for such monies due and payable to
    publisher for the advertising which advertiser or
    its agent ordered and which adverting was liable.
  • Publisher shall not be liable for any costs of
    damages if for any reason it fails to publish an
    advertisement. Publishers liability for any
    error will not exceed the cost of the space
    occupied by the error.
  • No conditions other than those set forth in this
    rate card shall be binding on publisher unless
    specifically agreed to in writing by publisher.
  • Publisher will not be bound by the condition
    printed or appearing on order blanks or copy
    instructions in conflict with provision of the
    rate card.
  • In the event that many amounts due publisher
    under this agreement are not paid in accordance
    with proscribed payment terms (net thirty (30)
    days) publisher reserves the right to charge
    interest for delayed payment of 1.5 per month or
    the maximum legal rate of interest allowed the
    law for all invoices past due in excess of thirty
    days.
  • This agreement shall be government and construed
    in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. In the
    event of the failure or payment of monies owed to
    publisher, publisher shall proceed with legal
    action. Costs incurred by published shall be 20
    of the unpaid invoiced and any other court costs.

Terms Conditions
  • As used in this section entitled Terms
    Conditions use of the term publisher shall
    refer to Kenash Publishers, Hong Kong.
  • All insertion orders are accepted SUBJECT to
    provisions of our current rate cards. Rates are
    subject to change upon notice from the publisher.
  • Advertisements are acceptation upon the
    representation of the advertisers and their
    agencies have the right to publish the contents
    thereof. The publisher is hereby indemnified from
    any and all claims related to the advertisement.
  • All contents of advertisements are subject to the
    publishers approval. The publisher reserves the
    right to reject or cancel any advert, insertion
    order, space reservation or position commitment
    at any time without cause. The publisher reserves
    the right to insert the word advertisement
    above or below any copy.
  • Advertisements not received by the final closing
    date will not be entitled the privilege of an
    OK or revision by the advertiser or its agency.
  • Cancellation or charges in orders may not be made
    by the advertiser or its agency after the
    reservation closing date.
  • Positioning of advertisement is at the discretion
    of the publisher, except where a request for a
    specific preferred position is acknowledged by
    the publisher in writing.
