camp disenrollment board if they receive a
"Refusal to Train" at either CWST or Water

performance. It is not all about "Actions on the
Objective - Have cadets go to a confidence/obstacle course
before camp to help over come fears of height - Make sure every cadet has broken in the second
pair of boots prior to camp 90 of our injuries
on the site are from cadets whose feet are eaten
up because they come from Land Nav to us via a

second pair - Cadets need to ID previous injuries to committees
that have high risk training learn before camp
how to correctly stretch to prevent further

121ST Aid Committee
Changes There are no significant changes to the
training conducted at 1st Aid. Keys to
Success The training at 1st Aid is designed to
provide familiarization training on a number of
Warrior Tasks and BOLC I tasks. There is no
formal evaluation process at the committee.
However, CPR is the task we use to track for
RECONDO. Last year we only had three Cadets
knocked out of RECONDO because of CPR. All three
chose not to use their notes during testing. -
