3Logging In
Use your Heritage email address and the temporary
password temp1234.
4Changing Passwords
- To change your password once youre in, go to
Settings then User Accounts. - Locate your name in the list and click in the
password space where you see the astericks. Set
the password to what you want then hit your TAB
key.

- Three ways tickets can be submitted
- Email to helpdesk_at_heritagemedical.com
- User Portal _at_ http//hmaintra019675/portal
- The Spiceworks desktop.
