WHAT IS MEANT BY STABLE FOOD SUPPLY?
  • A stable food supply means there is enough food
    for all of the people all the time. There could
    even be a surplus (extra).

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF A SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT?
  • A system of government means there is an
    organized way of making and enforcing decisions.
    There is a leader, laws, and enforcers of the
    laws.

WHAT DOESSPECIALIZATION OF LABOR MEAN?
  • Specialization of labor means people are able to
    choose various non-agricultural (non-farming)
    occupations (jobs) as a result of the surplus
    from the stable food supply.
