HUGE! It is even bigger than earth. Neptune is a
little smaller than Uranus. Uranus is really
large it is the 3rd biggest planet.

All 8 Moons
Neptune has 8 moons and the biggest is
Triton. Astronomers have noticed that Triton is
getting closer and closer to Neptune. Millions of
years from now, Triton could smash into Neptune.
Neptune is hard to see .

Neptune's Size
Neptunes size is big. It is a lot bigger than
earth. Earths diameter is 7,926 miles (12 ,756
kilometers) Neptune is 30, 236 miles (48,680
kilometers).

The 8th Planet
Neptune is the 8TH planet in the our Solar
System. It is 2,800,044,000 miles (4,506,110
800 kilometers) from the sun. It is very, very
cold on Neptune. Neptunes revolution in earth
years is 164.8 years. Neptune is made out of
hydrogen, helium, methane.

Neptune's Rings
Neptune has rings, but you maybe think ONLY
Saturn had rings. But Jupiter, Neptune,
Uranus, and Pluto all have rings. Jupiters rings
are faded and it has 1 set of rings. Neptune has
4 sets of rings, for Uranus we think there are 11
sets of rings, and also we think that Saturn has
1,000 sets of rings, and .08 sets for Pluto.
