My Happy Days at Yantai University

In September 1999, I went to Yantai University to
start my undergraduate study. The four years at
YTU turned out to be a memorable endeavor.
Although I have already graduated for one year, I
cannot help recalling the days from time to time.

• Located in Yantai, Shandong Province, Peoples

• Founded in 1984
• More than 40,000 students
• Beautiful and energetic

My Study

• Got up at 600 a.m.
• Classes began at 800 a.m.
• At least 4 hours lectures from Monday to Friday
• Usually studied until 1000 p.m. everyday

However

• I became a top student in my class
• I got scholarships for three consecutive years
• One with RMB 2000
• Two with RMB 1000
• I used the money to buy gifts for my Grandpa

Besides Study

• I enjoyed the the most beautiful campus in
  Shandong. Photography became my hobby and I took
  a lot of pictures during the four years.

Sometimes it snowed

• The photos taken in the winter were incredible.

• The citys name is from the yantai (beacon tower)
  in the mountain

Sometimes in the dorm

• I pretended to practice calligraphy.

How time flies

• In July 2003, I graduated with B.A. in
  English. Four years seemed to be a very short
  period. However, I learned a lot and grew up.
