4Why Is Who What Where Needed?
- It presents an overview of the humanitarian
response identifying gaps and duplications - Allows for drill-down analysis to support
detailed co-ordination - It can assist with monitoring and evaluation, and
reporting on the crisis - The archived information can be useful for
subsequent reference, lessons learned, academic
studies, etc.
