  for RD projects in manufacturing
• Approximately 10 million in first year funding
  for civil infrastructure

Technology Vehicles Manufacturing Loan

• FY09 Continuing Resolution authorized up to 25
  billion in direct loans
• Funds are available for reequipping, expanding,
  and establishing manufacturing facilities
• No formal updates Rumor is the first round of
  approvals will be made in May
