• Our charge
• Present a strategic plan to our Session by July
  of 2006
• Include key projects and ideas regarding building
  improvements that could be developed over the
  next three years
• Make recommendations based on how they would
  contribute to the life, ministry and mission of
  the congregation

Criteria to Evaluate Changes

• Overall - Programs drive facilities
• Create an inviting entrance for visitors
• Increase fellowship of current members
• Enhance worship with a more versatile setting
• Improve staff effectiveness
• Increase security

• Lack of main North entrance
• Limited gathering area outside of sanctuary for
  fellowship
• Lack of covered drop-off during inclement weather
• Need for adequate, accessible restroom facilities
• Limitations of current electrical capacity
