• Greet your child when he/she returns home.
• Be aware of indicators fatigue, poor health,
  mood swings, depression, withdrawal, lack of
  interest, and isolation behaviors.
• Provide early communication and education to your
  children regarding drug abuse and other unsafe
  behaviors.
• Discuss and model behaviors that will keep your
  child safe. Role play.
• Have a system of rewards and consequences
