How to operate computer

• How to boot a computer
• Turn ON the computer.
• How to shutdown a computer properly
• Click START Turn Off Computer
• Click TURN OFF
• (Dont switch off the computer)

• Select Microsoft Powerpoint

• Select My Documents/My Pictures/My Musics/My

• Launch Microsoft Powerpoint
• Click Start All Programs
• Click Microsoft Powerpoint
• Opening File
• Click File Open. (Control O)
• Locate the Directory of the file. Click the drop
  down arrow in the Look In.
• Select the file to be opened in the Open Dialog
  box.
• Click Open button. (Double click the file)

• Saving File
• Click File Save (Control S)
• If you want to change the filename of an
  existing file. Click Save As
• Locate the Directory where you want to save the
  file. Click the drop down arrow in the Save In of
  the Save Dialog Box.
• Type the filename or new filename.
• Click Save.

• How to run your powerpoint presentation
• Click Slide Show ( Shift F5)
• Click View Show (F5) Starts from first slide.
  Press left button of your mouse to move to the
  next animation object. You can also press ENTER
  or SPACE BAR.
• To end your presentation press ESC.
