  unto the Father but by me.
• Why is this claim so controversial?
• Because it strikes at the core of three great
  myths about religion.

• First Myth All Religions are basically the
  same.
• All religions are basically the same. If you
  strip them down to their essentials, all
  religions fundamentally teach the same thing
  certain basic values and morality.
• There is some common ground but there are
  significant differences
• The path to God is through Jesus and this cannot
  be reconciled with any other religion.
• Other religious leaders say, follow me and Ill
  show you how to find the truth, but Jesus says,
  I am the truth.

  among many.
• The Bible teaches us to be loving and respectful
  toward all people so we should be tolerant of
  other peoples views. All religions are equally
  protected under our Constitution so they must be
  equally valid.
• Christianity is not just a philosophy its a
  reality. Jesus didnt claim He was the Son of
  God he validated it.

• Third Myth Christians are narrow-minded or
  snobbish when they say Jesus is the only way to
  heaven
• What about those who live in an isolated place
  and who havent had a chance to hear about Jesus.
• Everybody has a moral standard (Rom. 214)
• Everybody knows God exsists.
• All who seek will find (Deu. 427-29)
• God is fair. (Gen. 1825)
• For you me, the issue isnt ignorance. Its
  obedience.
