Our analysis clearly shows that there is no

New Policy

• At least two nurses should be scheduled during
  3rd shift, on any given day.
• At least two nurses should be scheduled for each
  shift on Saturdays (Day 7)

Conclusion

• If new policies are implemented, we can expect a
