• Next Phase of Flow Conditioning approved at
  75,000 level COPMs highest priority
• Funding shared equally between Upstream,
  Refining, and Pipeline
• Other projects can be funded through API Special
  Solicitation Process if industry support exists

• Precision Bias for Density Standards - 316,250
  over two years
• VCF of Ethanol and Gasoline Project - 287,500
  over two years
• Please encourage support within your companies
  for these important projects

• Projects must have COPM approval to initiate
