Insert Your Card to Begin
As you approach the Tax Free Technology Kiosk a
graphic shows how to insert your card.

You Are Due a Tax Refund
Insert the card, wait a moment. Your tax refund
is then displayed on the screen. Click Submit.

Insert Your Credit Card
If requested, insert your credit card. The tax
spend is refunded to your credit card.

Or Receive Refund By Cheque
If you do not have a credit card your tax spend
will be refunded by cheque. Click OK.

Select Date that you Arrived
Enter the date that you arrived in the EU for
this trip. Click OK.

Are You Leaving the EU Today?
If you are leaving the EU today. Click YES.

Enter Your Passport Number
Enter your passport number. Click OK.

Select Your Country
Select your continent using the map. A list of
countries is presented. Type your country if you
prefer.

Enter Your Home Address
Enter your home address. Some of the details may
already have been taken at the point of sale.
Click OK.

Review and Submit Your Details
Review your details, make sure they are all
correct. Click Submit.

Sign the Signature Panel
Sign your autograph on the signature pad.Click
OK.

Done
Your tax refund claim is then submitted.Click
Done.

Positive Feedback

• I returned yesterday from Dublin and was so
  pleased with the tax refund card! There were NO
  lines at the two kiosks (10 a.m. Wednesday) at
  Dublin airport and it took literally about 15
  seconds to complete my transaction with my
  pre-registered card. Contrast that to my
  traveling companion who had to visit 3 different
  desks at the airport with various papers that she
  had filled out. When this system becomes
  country-wide what an amazing time paper savings
  that will be!!!
