Some Conclusions

• What seems natural, obvious and right to one
  culture may be irrational, not so obvious and
  wrong to another culture.
• One often feels lonely, inadequate and confused
  in another culture.

• When people talk about different cultures, we
  tend to talk about differences and not
  similarities.
• Differences in cultures are often seen as
  threatening described in negative terms
