  • Reduction in scabbing by 175 m/km over 120 to 140
    sites saves

  • 90,000 to 100,000 to the client (as contractor
    would have allowed for rework costs in tender
    price).

  • Traffic Control Layout COPTTM figures E2.6 and
    E2.7 (Two-way Two- lane Level 1 road, one lane
    closure)
  • Minimum 48 hours
  • Minimum of two workers on site
  • Use coned lanes to move the traffic over the full
    width of the carriageway at a reduced speed
