Japan does not have a plan to submit any written
contribution related to WG-TECH to WP8F Denver
meeting. However, Japan recognizes several
discussion items need to be concluded at Denver
meeting such as

• Document style of M.IP.CHAR (Rec./Report or
  both)
• Focus area and scope of M.IMT.TECH
• Liaison back to WP8A regarding the new Question
  of Cognitive Radio

• Document style of M.IP.CHAR
• - By reviewing current working document, Japan
  does not think new Recommendation is necessary.
• Focus area and scope of M.IMT.TECH
• - Basically, Japan believes it is appropriate
  to study possible technology enablers in this
  document. However, if the completion date will
  slip to later to WRC-07, the focus area may need
  to be reconsidered.
• The new Question of Cognitive Radio
• - Japan supports this proposal and WP8F should
  take some role of this study.
