DS2 Disposition/Turn-in Procedures
Contact the DRMO Kaiserslautern, Coleman
Conforming Storage Facility, Mr. Rob Bailey or
Ms. Beth Pouncey, DSN 382-4398/4632 to make an
appointment for serviceability evaluations. If
DRMO personnel is not able to do the
serviceability evaluations then the unit NBC NCO
or Officer can make the serviceability
determination. If DS2 is still serviceable
(container is INTACT, UNDAMAGED, NOT
LEAKING) Units are responsible for getting the
DS2 collected, packaged and transported to the
GSC-E Hazardous Materials Warehouse
Kaiserslautern, WK4GCW, Mr. Roger Kimmel, DSN
483-7184, themselves. If DS2 is unserviceable
(damaged and/or leaking container) Unit has to
prepare DD Form 1348-1A, Turn-in document for HW
(sample attached). Document has to be submitted
to DPW, EMD, Taylor Bks, Bldg 346, Room 306, Ms.
Fellhauer. Ms. Fellhauer will initiate a Delivery
Order for on-site removal of the DS2.
