Cognitive Walkthrough

• Poor labeling on some screens hampers the
  learnability of the system
• The matrix metaphor does not strictly map (i.e.
  "unstaffed" and color-coding) and so some of that
  learning functionality is lost
• The prototype is relatively easy to learn given
  its design around the familiar windows and
  web-based search engine formats.
