- In the spring of 2005 Don Propst and his Clean
River Team helped the NRWA organize a cleanup of
the Perry boatramp. - Thirty volunteers hauled 3 dump truck loads of
trash from the site.

- In 2005 the NRWA embarked on an assessment of the
watershed - A team of five explored the upper reaches of the
Raccoon in Buena Vista and Sac Counties. - Don Propst surveyed the trash problem for a later
cleanup effort. - We found a beautiful 20 miles stretch
