Session Objectives

• Create a data structure for your project using a
  suitable piece of software,
• Create documentation showing how you made your
  data structure to be used a evidence.

Example Data Structure

• I will now create this using Microsoft Access

Todays Tasks

• Create your data structure using Microsoft
  Access. Ensure you make at least two changes to
  the fields from what is in your design,
• Take a screen shot of your completed data
  structure and paste it into word,
• Under your screen shot, write down exactly how
  you created your data structure. TIP Do it step
  by step like a cooking recipe.
• Put a subtitle Changes Made To The Data
  Structure and write down all the changes you made
  to fields as you made the structure. For full
  marks you need to explain WHY you made these
  changes.

Adding A Field Name Description Example

• The enter number of field field I entered was
  enter name of field. This stores data about
