converted into goals.
What must we do? What would be improved
performance in terms of our MISSION? What do we
want to do? What would be improved performance
in terms of our VISION? What can we do? What
would be extraordinary in terms of our MISSION
and VISION?
Goals are simply statements of what we want to
achieve.
