One look from CHRIS from the orbits prior and
subsequent to the orbit corresponding to a
scheduled acquisition would enhance the angular
sampling importantly. For N. hemisphere
mid-latitudes at the peak of the growing season,
at 11 am LST the Sun will be in the SE quadrant
with a rather low zenith angle (Sun positions
shown are approximate). By rolling Proba in the
across-track direction it would be possible to
image the target at higher view zenith angle
looks close to the principal plane (the yellow
arrows indicate optimal acquisitions).
