employees to review accuracy or enter the
applicable FSA Office telephone number in
EmpowHR. Every employee must have the FSA
office telephone number in their EmpowHR Contact
Information and it must be identified business
type.

Select Phone Numbers.

Every employee should already have a Their FSA
telephone number in ICAMS. If you do, review the
telephone number to ensure that it is Your
correct, current FSA Office telephone Number and
that it is identified as BUSINESS for the
phone type. If your data is correct as
it currently exists in EmpowHR, you can sign out
now. If your data is not correct, then you must
correct it. See the following sides.

• 1. Click on the drop down arrow under phone
• type and select business. You MUST have
• a business phone type entered in ICAMS.
• Enter your FSA Office telephone number.
• 3. Dont forget to click on SAVE.

For at least one entry, the phone type MUST
be business with the FSA Office telephone
Number identified.
Remember to click on SAVE after entering your
telephone number.
