How to Add a Network Printer

• 1. Click on START, RUN
• 2. Type this exactly \\Kyle
• 3. Click OK
• 4. ALL available printers will show up - you
  can choose whichever ones you would like. All
  you have to do is double click on the ones you
  want and say yes to the prompts.
• The printers in the lab are 329-4100N and 329
  Xerox Phaser 8400N (color)

 

• Remember.Kyle is the name of the server. Each
  printer has its own name on Kyle.
