Vice Chair Duties from the By-laws

• Shall preside over all officiating meetings in
  the absence or inability of the President
• Perform any other duties as designated by the
  President
• Review all monthly reports
• Revise the strategic plan as needed and report on
  the status of the Long Range Plan (LRP)
• Shall serve on the Awards committee
• Shall serve as the Membership Zone Leader
• Shall produce an official transition report at
  the end of the term

• Prepare and submit monthly reports
• Present a position functional at the Regional
  Leadership Conference
• Run Regional meetings
• Created agendas for all REB meetings and Regional

• Ensure that all zone leaders are fulfilling their
  duties
